WHEREAS John Wambakha Ojiolloh (ID/9340537), of P.O. Box 685-50400, Busia in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia, registered under title No. Bulchayo/Mundika/12992, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
