REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maina Kimaru (deceased), of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.13 and 0.13 acre or thereabouts, known as Loc. 12/Sub-Loc. 411'. 511 and Loc. 12/Sub-Loc. 4/T. 516, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 192 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Jane Njeri Maina, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said Jane Njeri Maina, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Maina Kimaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
