THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiprop arap Kogo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Koyo/841, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Kapsabet in succession cause no. 54 of 2005, has issued grant documents to (1) Elphas Kipsang Rop, (2) David Kibet Rop, (3) Bamaba K. Rop and (4) Charles Kirwa Rop, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said (1) Elphas Kipsang Rop, (2) David Kibet Rop, (3) Barnaba K. Rop and (4) Charles Kirwa Rop, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiprop arap Kogo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
