THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chemitei Kimeto (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.8 hectares or thereabout, known as Cherangany/Chebororwa/359, situate in the district of Elgeyo Marakwet, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause no. 275 of 2015, has issued grant and letters of administration to Frankline Kipchumba Kibor, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and register R.L. 19 and 7 in the names of the administrator.
