WINDING UP
NOTICE is given that pursuant to a general meeting held on the
15th July, 2020, it was resolved that the shareholders propose that the
company be wound up voluntarily under section 393 (1) (b) of the
Insolvency Act, 2015.
It was further resolved that K.V.S.K Sastry, whose address is do
PSJ Advisory Services, 3rd Floor, Centre Point, Parklands Road, P.O.
Box 41684-00200, Nairobi, Kenya, is proposed as the appointed
liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs.
