WINDING UP

NOTICE is given that a meeting of the creditors of the above company will be held at PSJ Advisory Services, 3rd Floor, Centre Point, Parklands Road, Nairobi on the 12th August, 2020 from 12 noon to consider and if thought fit pass a resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 393 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act No. 18 of 2015. It is further proposed that K.V.S.K Sastry, whose address is do PSJ Advisory Services, 3rd Floor, Centre Point, Parklands Road, P.O. Box 41684-00200, Nairobi, Kenya, be appointed as the liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs. Please take note that on the 10th August, 2020 and 11th August, 2020, a list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors and proxy forms will be available for inspection at PSJ Advisory Services, 3rd Floor, Centre Point, Parklands Road, Nairobi free of charge.
