TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of: Mercedes C240, Reg. No. KAU 002G, Mercedes E190, Reg. No. KAH 630K and Mercedes C240 Reg. No. KAQ 970W, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at St. Austins Service Centre Limited, of P.O. Box 25053-00603, Nairobi, James Gichuru Road, Lavington, upon payment of repair costs, accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said vehicles shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
