THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Margaret Wairimu Thaithi and (2) Peter Mathenge Thaithi, both of P.O. Box 58–01100, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9923/179, situate in Kajiado Township in Kajiado District, by virtue of a grant registered as IRN 3897/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya agaist all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
