REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grara Company Limited, of P.O. Box 437, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of 11th September, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru East Block 1/24, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and of no effect.
