APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 179 (5A) of the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Planning, in consultation with the Board of Trustees of the Policyholders’ Compensation Fund, appoints— WILLIAM OKARI MASITA to be the Managing Trustee of the Policyholders’ Compensation Fund.
