IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 115 (2) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— FREDRICK ODHIAMBO JOSIAH to be a Member of Board of Trustees of the Water Sector Trust Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 25th September, 2020.
