REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwinyikombo Salim Mwatete, of P.O. Box 40399- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 85.5 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 40/IV/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 7119/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
