REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joash Agengo Migudi, of P.O. Box 36, Nyahera in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.33, 0.14, 0.24, 0.45 and 1.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisramu/Nyahera/126, 484, 74, 442 and Chiga/1762, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
