REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Wacu Raphael (ID/10877069), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/624, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas it has been established through the office of Criminal Investigations, Naivasha, that the current registered owner of the said piece of land dened having obtained this land title deed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the land title deed to the rightful owner, Wangari Kimani (deceased), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Lucy Wacu Raphael. shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
