APPROVAL

PURSUANT to Standing Order 30 (1) of the Wajir County Assembly Standing Orders relating to special sitting of the House, I have received and accepted to a request from the Leader of the Majority Party to hold a special sitting of the House on 19th October, 2020. Now, therefore, it is notified to all Members of the County Assembly of Wajir and the general public that Monday, 19th October, 2020 at 9.00 a.m., has been appointed as a day for special sittings of the County Assembly of Wajir, for purposes of transaction of the following business: (a) Adoption and approval of report of the County Finance, Budget and Appropriations Committee on the Wajir County Budget Estimates for FY 2020/2021. (b) Approval of the Wajir County Appropriations Bill, 2020. IBRAHIM AHMED YAKUB, Speaker, County Assembly of Wajir.
