NOTICE is given that pursuant to section 34 (3) (a) of the Kenya Defence Forces Act, the deployment of the Kenya Defence Forces in Samburu County was discontinued on 28th February, 2020. IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (3) (a) of the Warehouse Receipt System Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoints— JANE MUMB I NGIGE Dated the 15th April, 2020. MONICA JUMA, Cabinet Secretary for Defence and Chairperson of the Defence Council. to be the Chairperson of the Warehouse Receipt System Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th April, 2020. Dated the 16th April, 2020. UHURU KENYATTA, President.
