APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by liquidation order dated the 18th April, 2019, I appointed Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi Headquarters to be liquidator for Dagoretti Nyakinyua Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited, (CS/2258) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi Headquarters has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 18th April, 2020, for another period not exceeding one (1) year, for the said Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi Headquarters to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co- operative Society.
