NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plan was completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Ogembo Town and its environs. Copies of the plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of County Executive Committee Member in Charge of Physical Planning, Sub-County Administration, Ogembo and the Director of Physical Planning. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge at the offices of County Executive Committee Member in Charge of Physical Planning, Sub-County Administration, Ogembo and the Director of Physical Planning between 8.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. during working days. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make representations in connection or objections to the above named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director Physical Planning, P.O.Box 4550-40200, Kisii, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the ground on which it is made.
