APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 62 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya, Section 12 of the Land Act, section 30 (2) (l) and Part XI of the County Governments Act, the Governor appoints— Solomon Ouko—Chairperson Bonface Wanyama—Member Ronald Matende—Member Caroline Khasoa—Member Elvira Wilunda—Joint Secretariat Moses Sande—Joint Secretary Vivianne Mmbaka—Assisting Counsel to the Appeals Panel of the Kakamega County Land Application, Extension of Leases and Land Administration Committee to hear and determine appeals in respect of the decision by the County Government of Kakamega to repossess allocated but undeveloped public land within Kakamega Municipality with effect from the 9th January, 2020.
