TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 407 OF 2019 By Dominic Masila Muthama, of P.O. Box 1023-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, through Messrs. Ojienda & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick George Musyoki, late of Westlands, Nairobi, who died at Better Living Hospital, on 5th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
