TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 137 OF 2017 By Francis Kuchio Othieno, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Oganga Othieno alias Gabriel Othieno, who died at Namulungu, on 23rd January, 2010. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By (1) John Imbwaga Shiveka and (2) Peter Isamula Shiveka, both of P.O. Box 544, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Shiveka Shumila alias Mishaka Shiveka Shumila, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
