CAUSE No. 37 OF 2020 By William Ouko Mboga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Owino Otiende alias Otila Otiende alias Owino Otiende, who died at Bar "A" Kisumu East, on 10th July,1969.
