TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 643 OF 2019 By Catherine Njeri Kariuki, of P.O. Box 177-10200, Kiria-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mubia Kugua alias Mubia Muraguri, who died at Kiria-ini Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 1984. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2020 By Rebecca Njeri Ngugi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngigi J. Thuku, who died at Murang'a in 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
