TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 257 OF 2019 By 1) Miriam Wachinga Wambugu, (2) Mary Wangari Mboru and (3) Joel Gacheru Mboru, all of P.O. Box 1836-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Muthoni Mboru, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, do 26th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
