Box 303-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewis Murong'a Githiiyii, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2016. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2019 By Samuel Mburu Kamau, of P.O. Box 247, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Mburu, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 25th January, 2016. CAUSE No. 148 OF 2019 By Lilian Muthoni Komu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Komu Gathoga, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2015. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Njoroge Thuku and (2) James Ndungu Thuku, both of P.O. Box 22527-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wariara Thuku Njoroge alias Joyce Wariara Thuku alias Wariara Thuku, who died at Ikinu, Githunguri, on 25th October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
