TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 244 OF 2019 By Dishon Olwali, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Ndeta Malenje alias Zablon Malenje, who died at Ebukhaya Sub-location, on 23rd September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2020 By Benard Mmbende Obang'a, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Obanga Obaga alias Charles Obanga, who died at Ideleri Sub-location, on 16th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
