TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 136 OF 2020 By Eunice Grace Akinyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Simba Asewe, who died at Kokech, on 16th May, 2002. CAusE No. 138 OF 2020 By Damaris Awuor Awino, of P.O. Box 108, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Dinda Nyagote alias Nyagote Obungu, who died at Kawino Sub-location, on 2nd February, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
