TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 274 OF 2019 By Philip Nyamanga Anyanga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Anyanga Nyaoro alias Anyanga Nyaoro, who died on 27th February, 1988. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2020 By Rosa Atieno Anyango, of P.O. Box 2-40109, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyango Ongare, who died at Oboch Sub-location, on 20th August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
