Box 427-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Arimi Makathimo, late of Marimba, who died there on 27th July, 2010. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2020 By Mark Nyomoo M'Ikiara, of P.O. Box 95, Gaitu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbijiwe M'Ikiara alias Mbijiwe Ikiara, late of Kioro Village, who died at Kariene, on 20th May, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
