TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 152 OF 2019 CAUSE No. 60 OF 2020 By Kennedy Ambani Alinga, the deceasd's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Alinga Inyange, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 23rd June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Woshingtone Abetsa, the deceasd's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndeta Obutinda Obutinda alais Ndeta Obutinda, who died at Emukuzi Sub-location, on 5th April, 1979.
