TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 28 OF 2019 By Sarah Jepkemboi Chumo, of P.O. Box 67886-00200, Nairobi the deceased's administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosea Kipserem Jumo alias Hosea Kipserem Chumo, who died on 4th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
