IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) of the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act and paragraph 2 (2) of the Third Schedule to the Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— CS HAPPI KILONGOSI to be the Vice-Chairman of the Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2020.
