PURSUANT to the provisions of section 31 (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012 which provides that, "the Governor shall have such powers as may be necessary for the execution of the duties of the office of the Governor", I, Dhadho Gaddae Godhana appoint the following members to the Tana River County Locust Effects & Covid-19 Emergency Resource Mobilization Committee and Name Organization Designation Saleh F. Ahmed Businessman Member Salma Makuru Omara Office of the Governor Co-opted Member The terms of reference of the Committee shall include, but not limited to: (a) Developing a comprehensive plan for pursuing potential donors and funders and obtaining funding necessary for combating locusts effects and Covid-19. (d) Assisting County officials in preparing and putting together funding requests and proposals from donors and other relevant players.
