GAZE I I E, NOTICE No. 3685 THE INSOLVENCY ACT, 2015 ABRAAJ KENYA ADVISERS LIMITED CREDITORS VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP NOTICE is given that the following special resolution was passed at a meeting of the creditors of Abraaj Kenya Advisers Limited held on 4th May, 2020:- "That the Company be wound up as a Creditors Voluntary Winding Up and that Messrs Muniu Thoithi and George Weru of PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited, P.O. Box 43963-00100, Nairobi, Kenya be and are appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding up."
