NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following authorities and orders under the miscellaneous application case no. 74 of 2019 in the Chief Magistrate's court at Narok, to the owners of motor vehicles and motor cycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Narok Police Station Yard, to collect the said motor vehicles and motor cycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which Regent Auctioneers, Nairobi, shall proceed to dispose off the said motor vehicles and motor cycles by way of public auction on behalf of Narok Police Station, if they remain uncollected/unclaimed NAROK POLICE STATION Motor Vehicles 1.
