TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 117 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Kamau Ndiho, (2) William John Mwaniki and (3) Kimani James, all of P.O. Box 1382-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndiho Mwaniki alias Samwel Ndiho Mwaniki, who died at Kikuyu, on 18th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
