TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 85 OF 2020 By Yuanita Anyango Amolo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Amollo Oranga, who died on 19th March, 2015. CAUSE No. 86 OF 2020 By Monica Atieno Omollo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obor Odwa, who died on 1lth April, 1985. CAUSE No. 87 OF 2020 By Nelson Opiyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Okuom alias Musa Adika, who died on 12th May, 2018. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2020 By Patrick Ochieng Otieno, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Otieno Ochuro alias Tobias Otieno Achuro, who died on 3rd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2020 By Richard Ochieng Ongaro, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Simba Odindo alias Janes Simba Odindo, who died on 3rd June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
