TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 OF 2020 By Peter Kariuki Kiama, of P.O. Box 1, Sagana in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiama Ndegwa Njoo, who died on 10th November, 1984. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2020 By Richard Muriithi Wandeto, of P.O. Box 177-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wandeto Kahuthu, who died on 5th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
