TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 29 OF 2020 By Philip Odera Ojwang, of P.O. Box 199, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ojwang Owaga alias Joseph Ojwang' Owaga, who died on 28th April, 1993. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2020 By Jared Omware Otieno, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omware Osinde, who died on 4th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
