TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: • 30th April, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1841 CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Magdalina Arot Ajode, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicolau Ajode alias Nicolas Ajode, who died at Masogo, Kisumu in 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
