the Constitution of Kenya, as read with section 44 (1), (2) and (3) of
the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Wilber Khasilwa Ottichillo,
Governor Vihiga County, upon approval by the County Assembly of
Vihiga in its 313th Sitting of the Fourth (4th) Session of the Second
County Assembly held on Wednesday, 27th May, 2020, at 9.30 a.m.

to be the County Secretary of the Vihiga County Government.
