WHEREAS John Gakuo Peter (ID/5210356), (2) Elija Wainaina Karanu (ID/6548917), (3) David Kahora Peter (ID/0302982), (4) Jeremiah Kahora P. Karanu (ID/2014831), (5) Esther Waruguru Peter (ID/2011816), (6) Zablon Gichia Wainaina (ID/0805887), (7) Margaret Wanjiku (Deceased) and (8) Beth Magiri (Deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title No. Loc. 16/Gatura/806, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
