REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Mohamed Abdi, of P.O. Box 41178-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 16409/I/MN, situated in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered as C.R. 45995/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the said title has been lost or misplaced, and whereas the owners have exceuted a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
