REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdillahi Nassir, is the registered proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Group I, Plot No. 50, Kilifi, situate within Malindi in Kilifi County, registerd as Lt. 20, Folio:326/9, File:3233 and whereas the folio is missing and or torn and whereas the said owner has executed deed of indemnity in favour of the government, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
