NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following authorities and order under the miscellaneous application case no.130 of 2020 in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Makadara, to the owner of motor vehicles and motor cycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Embakasi Police Station yard, to collect the said motor vehicles and motorcycles at the said yard within seven (7) days from the date of the publication of this notice. Failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, shall sell by way of Public Auction on behalf of Embakasi Police Station, if they remain uncollected/unclaimed.
