notice is issued according to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Tata Truck registration number KCH 991Y, Axor registration number KCH 615V, Wish registration number KCC 264T, Nissan Tiida, registration number KCM 193D, V/W Golf registration number KCN 244C, Fielder registration number KBQ 148E, Premio registration number KBW 887H, BMW X6 registration number KBP 888K , Toyota NZE KBW 220Z and Honda Fit registration number KCD 621H that within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which is currently lying at our principal's garage, Concorde Motors (Mombasa) Limited of P.O Box 83264-80100 Mombasa, Links Road, Nyali upon payment of repair costs, accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs. Should the owners of the mentioned vehicles fail to comply with this notice, the vehicles shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) either by Public Auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be applied towards settling all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
