TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) John Nderitu Mureithi and (2) Charles Muraya Mureithi, both of P.O. Box 284, Mweiga in Kenya, for a grant of probate of witten will of Joseph Mureithi Ndirangu, who died on 8th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
