TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 12th June, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2585 CAUSE No. 314 OF 2019 By Victor James Mburu, of P.O. Box 1017, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of probate to the estate of John Kamau Njuguna, who died at Nguriunditu, Kerwa, on 22nd June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
