TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) Millicent Atieno Kachieng'a, (2) Leonard Owino Kachieng'a, (3) Paskaliah Muga Kachieng'a and (4) Nancy Adera Kachieng'a, all of 946, Bloed Hond Street, Garsfontein Ext 10, Pretoria East, Pretoria 0081, South Africa, the deceased's widow, brother and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Michael Ogembo Kachieng'a, who died on 11th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
