CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Julius Pkemoi Aputole, of P.O. Box 113, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Cherotich Biwott, who died at Mwotot Sub-location, on 11th October, 2019. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By Benjamin Sengenge Simon, of P.O. Box 1-30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Pchakesan Tukei, who died at Chemwochoi Sub-location, on 9th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
